We can work with either your supplies or bring our own, depending on your preference. This is flexible for both residential and commercial spaces.
Can I request the same cleaner each time?
Yes, we do our best to assign the same cleaner for recurring home and commercial cleaning sessions. This helps ensure consistency and familiarity with your space, though availability may occasionally vary.
Do I need to be present during the cleaning?
Not necessarily. Many clients choose to provide access and return to a clean space. For first-time sessions, some prefer to be present—both options work.
What are your payment terms?
Payment is typically made after each cleaning session. For recurring home and commercial cleaning, we may arrange weekly or monthly payments. We keep our pricing clear and straightforward, with no hidden charges.
What are your office hours and service hours?
Our office operates during standard business hours (Mon to Sun, 9am to 6pm) for enquiries and coordination, while cleaning services are carried out based on your operational requirements. Service schedules are flexible and can include weekdays, weekends, early mornings, or after-hours depending on your contract and site needs.

What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling and vice versa. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee, as we reserve time specifically for your booking.
