Do you provide your own cleaning products?

We provide our own cleaning products and tools for every job, except toilet bowl brushes (for hygiene and cross-contamination reasons) and heavy equipment like ladders.

Can I request the same cleaner for every visit?

We do our best to assign the same cleaner for each visit, ensuring consistency and a more personalized service.

What are your payment methods?

We accept online bank transfers as well as cash payments.

What are your operating hours?

Our cleaners are available 7 days a week from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM (last booking at 5:00 PM). Our team is available Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, to assist with any enquiries.

How do I book a cleaning service?

How far in advance can I book?

We can accommodate last-minute requests when possible, but we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for weekdays and 48 hours for weekends to secure your slot.

Can I make last minute changes or cancel an appointment?
For all cleaning services, cancellations or rescheduling must be made by 6:00 PM the day before your booking. Changes after this time may incur a fee, depending on the package selected.
